Flower Stand $18.009.75 at the widest part of the stand's top. Discarded metal base and some prefabricated piece of wood for the top. The little hole could fit a test-tube-like bud vase in it...hence the flower stand.

Barstools$45 (for pair)Bound-to-the-landfill bases, reinforced with new (correct) hardware and custom tops made from varying wood pieces. Tops were glued, clamped, sanded, and varnished. New leg ends and padding added as well.

Hairpin Table$60No joke - found these trendy table legs in a friends backyard that once belonged to a picnic table that has since rotted. I de-rusted and restored them, then used a heavy duty buffet top that I'd been saving to attach them to.

Side table$28Existing solid wood base that was found curbside, I removed the damaged particle board top and made this cedar replacement. The base has been tightened and cleaned, the top has been varnished.

AGW Table$20Found plywood box structure for the top (in great shape) and attached using exposed bolts the also found table legs with original brass end caps. Against the wall (AGW) table as there is a missing skirt on that side!

Porch Table$60Very cool found tripod/geometric base that I cleaned up and repainted - left the brass pegs on the bottom then built the new circular top out of cedar. Polyurethaned for outdoor use.

Pit Table$35Made from an old fire pit base and some 'heavy trash day' lumber finds. The top panel has the manufacturer's earmark - some furniture company in Kansas City. The top diameter is 24.5" but the base's feet extend a little farther than that.

Stool Stand Seat$20Two prefab pieces, topper cut and sanded to fit the old chair base. Top made of cedar, slightly angled and tapered to fit the chair base shape.

Sometimes I just combine existing pieces without doing anything to modify the component at all. Some (most) I have fabricated the table tops to custom fit another found element. If I really want to use something that does need some tlc I will oblige and clean it up, yet I thoroughly enjoy the 'designing with a limited palette' approach and putting the pieces I find together quickly and creatively gives me fuel to make and explore more.
